For three days, youth, fathers, and mentors step out of their ordinary environments and into something intentional. It is not a conference. It is not a training programme. It is an encounter.
The most important things that happen at the Formation Camp are not the scheduled activities — they are what happens when the right people are in the right place, with the right intention, and enough time to be real with each other.
The Formation Camp is for everyone — youth ages 13–18, their dads and father figures, trained mentors, volunteers, and the One6Teen team. Sponsored places are available for youth who cannot afford to attend — no young person is turned away.

Every element of the camp exists to create one thing: genuine human presence. Adults who are fully there. Young people who feel fully seen.
Youth and their fathers and mentors eating, being challenged, laughing together — not in parallel tracks, but together.
The structure creates safety. The relationships create transformation. Every activity exists to serve the encounter — not the other way around.
Many young people leave the Formation Camp knowing for the first time who they actually are. That is not an exaggeration.
Sponsored places are available. No young person is turned away because of cost. The Formation Camp is for every generation — not just those who can afford it.
The Formation Camp is fully subsidised for those who cannot afford it. Sponsors make this possible.
We are seeking a farm, retreat centre, campsite, or outdoor facility that can accommodate 50 to 150 people with sleeping facilities, communal spaces, and open land. A donated or subsidised venue for this event would be one of the most significant in-kind contributions One6Teen could receive.
